Can I see samples of URWS work products?

Absolutely. During the intake meeting, you can review [redacted] copies of executed résumés through the Zoom platform. To discourage unauthorized use or plagiarism, samples are not posted on this website.
What can I expect once I hire URWS?

An intake meeting will be scheduled at a mutually convenient date and time for you and your résumé writer. For optimal representation, you will provide answers (either verbally or electronically) to an in-depth, but painless, questionnaire. Once a specific service is selected, you will review/approve a Service Agreement that outlines all expectations between yourself and URWS.
What do you need from me to get started?

To prepare a targeted résumé, URWS prefers one or two job announcements that match your skill set and a copy of your most recent résumé. If you do not have a résumé, that's fine - the information provided during your initial intake meeting will help your résumé writer construct a document from scratch. For all other services, specific requirements will be determined during the consultation phase.
What are your COVID-19 protocols?

Can URWS guarantee I'll get an interview or a job?

URWS cannot guarantee that you will secure an interview or a job offer. However, your chances of securing an interview or employment are greatly increased via URWS strategies and techniques for advancement,
What is your turnaround time for my final résumé and/or other marketing document(s)?

Typically, you will receive your final résumé within 3 to 5 business days. The timeframe for receipt of all other documents is based upon the complexity of the service requested.
How do I pay for services? Does URWS offer refunds?

Payment by PayPal, Cash App, or in person is expected once the Service Agreement is approved and signed. Unfortunately, refunds are not offered at this time.
What is URWS's policy regarding resume updates?

Clients can get their resume updated at no charge for minimal revisions (e.g., change in contact information). However, more extensive revisions are assessed a charge based on the complexity of the update.
What can I expect if I decide to schedule a workshop presentation?

Note: Two-weeks' notice is required to book a workshop. Once a workshop is booked, a meeting will be scheduled to discuss specifics, such as: logistics, timeframe, content, fees, etc. Next, you will state your preference for an in-person or virtual meeting. A Zoom platform is used presently. (Once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, you can choose whichever facilitation style you prefer.) Finally, you will receive and review a contract-for-hire that outlines all obligations and expectations between yourself and URWS. If agreed upon, stated fees will be based on the scope of your presentation and requirements for facilitation, therein.
Can I purchase your services as a gift for a friend?
